Skaters from around Arizona come together for an afternoon of scrimmages Sunday, April 6, in Cottonwood to raise funds for the family of retired Dirty Verde Roller Derby skater Marci Molzan, who, along with her thirteen year-old daughter, Chance, was seriously injured in a head-on collision with an alleged drunk driver on March, 11, 2013. Photos from this event are currently available to the skaters who participated in the fundraiser scrimmages in exchange for donations to a fund helping the Molzan family make it through the long and difficult recovery process.
